General terms and conditions

Procedure coaching
All coaching sessions are very individual and unique to each client and cannot be transferred to other athletes. They are based on the best knowledge and experience of the coach. To ensure optimal control, good feedback from the customer is needed. This will be reported weekly via email, phone or link. Roy Hinnen can only coach his know-how professionally if weekly feedback follows and his training specifications are executed to 90%.

Health
The customer confirms that there are no medical or health reasons against performance-oriented training. The customer confirms that no prohibited and performance-enhancing substances are taken according to http://www.antidoping.ch. Health limitations that affect training will be communicated to the coach as soon as possible. The responsibility for health lies with the customer.

Equipment
The customer is responsible for the purchase, maintenance and optimal adjustment of his equipment.

Cooperation goals
The achievement of a goal agreed with the customer cannot be guaranteed despite optimal control and support. The Coach undertakes to coach the Client to the best of his/her knowledge and belief.

Compensation and insurance
The coach is not liable for direct and indirect damages of any kind, especially not for injuries of the client or third parties or for damages to material. Insurance of all risks is the responsibility of the customer.

Start, duration and extension
The contractual relationship begins on the specified date and lasts according to the selected program. This is a fixed-term contractual relationship. Early withdrawal from the contract is not possible. Approximately 2-3 months before the expiration of the contract, a possible extension of the cooperation will be discussed.

Prices and contract termination
The prices quoted are binding and include. VAT. The total invoice amount must be paid before the start of the coaching. The costs cannot be reclaimed even if the contract is terminated early, regardless of the reason.

Training materials and know-how
All documents (incl. files) handed over to the customer may not be passed on to third parties without prior written permission. The copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with the coach.
