This camp is aimed at goal-oriented athletes:
- You can maintain at least 2.5 watts per kilo for 45 minutes on the bike.
- You have exciting goals for 2026 and are looking for a new group and inputs.
Content & procedure – Focus on cycling
The training focus is on cycling. We train for 3 to 6 hours a day and work specifically on the foundation (FatMax) and peak performance (Vo2Max).
The daily routine

| 07:30 – 08:45 | Breakfast together |
| 09:00 – 13:00+ | Bike ride (3-6h) followed by a 1.2 km all-out double run |
| 16:00 – 17:00 | Targeted swimming training |
| 17:00 – 18:00 | Lecture/Workshop (Topics: Training, Nutrition, Mental) |
| 18:00 – 20:00 | Dinner together (exclusive) |
| Additionally | One 1.5-hour running seminar and one 1.5-hour cycling technique training session |
Important: Arrival and departure days are Feb. 7 and 14.

Accommodation is in the “Classic” apartment (with kitchen, washing machine, coffee machine etc.).
