Hello, dear Roy, I’m still training according to your training formula and I can’t help but be amazed at how exactly the formula works!! Although the advanced training special, the running training didn’t go ideally due to time management from work! I still had a good 2023 season! And My highlight was IRONMAN 70.3 2nd place in my AK and the slot for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship Taupô New Zealand!
