Hello Roy, I’m still looking back on our joint training camp in Gran Canaria. It was a great experience for me. Our morning meditations, bike rides in great scenic and varied scenery and at the end the legendary “all out” run are unforgettable for me. You set new stimuli for me as a trainer and showed me new ways that I was not aware of until now. Thank you also for the conversations that we had every day and that showed me new points of view/thoughts.
It was all very enriching for me and a lot of fun. I’m looking forward to the next training camp!
