Dear Roy,
thanks again for your input yesterday!
I’ve already tried to implement a few things today.
Swinging my arms forward more quickly is already working better…I can actually feel an acceleration…that makes a difference! I swam 1:38/100 today (with the finger paddles)…
The acceleration of the arm works better on the left… where I breathe… I think I prefer to glide with the right arm in front, which is why I don’t like to breathe on the right…
I’m also working on the longer arm stroke / push phase and, of course, the leg kick…with the leg kick I’m currently paying particular attention to keeping the foot stretched and not hanging like a hook in the water…
The input “feeling the water on the back of the foot” helps me a lot.
Sometimes it’s very small things – maybe just one word – that help me enormously!
Many thanks Roy – also from Rahel.
Greetings
Beat
