Roy helped me to achieve much better results with the same effort. One thing I have achieved in just under 8 months is to complete the Swiss Ironman in less than 12 hours; an improvement of almost an hour compared to the previous year. I travel a lot, even across several time zones, and therefore find it difficult to complete a training program “off the peg”. Roy has the necessary experience to tailor the program to my needs. I particularly appreciate the fact that the training sessions are simply structured. I don’t need to have a cue with me to know what to do: few and easy to do drills with high impact – and then Roy’s constant reminder that progress is only achieved with sufficient rest. Roy knows that I often find these breaks harder than all-out time trials.
