“After training and competing in long distance triathlons for three years I felt the time was right to explore other avenues of training. In the past I had done all my own training plans and felt that I needed some guidance to reach the next level. After our first discussion I was really impressed with Roy’s training ideas and I liked the fact that he prefers quality over quantity. Being a family man I don’t have unlimited time and I find that the quality sessions Roy provides me really makes the most of my limited time. Roy also has some great ideas on nutrition which I have incorporated into my everyday life as well as my training. Lastly, it is motivating to have someone to discuss the details of my training with, who can share his advice and experience.”
