I came into contact with Roy when I was looking for a tri-bike. After a few conversations and a one-to-one coaching session, during which I felt I was in good hands, I decided to be coached by Roy. Working with him is great fun, the training is varied, exciting and with his competent support I look forward to the coming months of training and the 2010 season with confidence and, above all, anticipation. So it couldn’t be better!
