“We were lucky: got a place for the bike fitting seminar in Frankfurt with Roy Hinnen. After reading his book, I wanted to meet Roy in person and talk a little bit about triathlon.
It was a very interesting event, Roy was very helpful with advice on wheel position and settings. But he also showed – thanks to his many years of experience – exercises to drive in an aerodynamic position or to be able to hold out for longer.
It was really nice to meet you in person, he’s a cool guy and it’s a pleasure to listen to him.”
