“I came to Roy as one of the most trained. With his formulas and perfectly tailored training, I reduced my training time and increased my performance.
His plans are perfectly coordinated and the time invested is limited. So I got by with about 8 hours a week on average. Nevertheless, I finished the middle distance in Linz in 4h57min.
His technique exercises and explanations go one better. Without a lactate threshold test, he calculated my training zones from my pulse values. Which were subsequently confirmed with a lactate threshold test!!
With Roy everything is going perfectly and nothing is for free. In the meantime I have finished the Challenge Roth. Of course, I trained with Roy’s formulas for this.
