“My name is Larissa, I am 48 years old, mother of 3 children and live in Lugano. I started running 6 years ago and shortly afterwards I also started swimming (I practiced for a long time when I was young). At some point I thought “Oh, all I need is a bike and a coach!”. So, great idea! Bicycle bought, coach searched for and found! Now I had everything I needed to enter this wonderful world of triathlon. I have been following Roy’s recommendations and training plan for a year now. Since the coaching start in January, I have now taken part in a sprint, 2 Olympic distances and twice in a 70.3 and finished in 6:25 h in Zell am See. What do you think will happen next?
