I just wanted to say thank you again for the tips you gave me at our meeting last year. Not only the swimming tips helped me a lot, but also the conversation about training and especially the breaks and recovery. I was able to improve my swimming a lot and reached my hoped-for swimming time. There’s still a long way to go, but step by step I’m making progress. In the end I was even rewarded with the victory in my AK and the qualification for the World Cup. So I’m getting back to work and hoping for further progress in swimming, cycling and running.
