“I’ve been training under the guidance of Roy Hinnen for almost a year now. At the beginning, the run, bike and swim formulas took a bit of getting used to. But when you get to grips with them a little, you realize how practical they actually are. In particular, the ability to constantly check your own performance using easy-to-use tests and thus adapt your training to your progress is brilliant. You can save yourself expensive performance diagnostic tests. In general, all of Roy’s coaching is very practice-oriented. It may not seem very spectacular at first glance, but it is efficient and can be easily implemented in everyday life. I also really appreciate the fact that the coaching goes far beyond writing a training plan. It also covers other important topics such as nutrition, recovery and mental aspects.
