Three successful years with Roy Hinnen
8th place overall in the middle distance Swiss MTB Marathon Series 2014 (the series consists of 6 national MTB marathon races).
The results can be shown. Could with Roy 2012 the 10th, 2013 the 9th and 2014 8th place overall in the IXS series. In addition, successful participation in the Tortour 2012+2013 as a team, in the Inferno Triathlon racing bike route in 2014 and at a number of smaller cycling events.
From 2012-2014 I completed the bike module at Roy, which was much more than just cycling. The advice included training theory, mental exercises, swimming (kicking), nutrition and social issues.
The entire program was tailored to personal strengths and weaknesses. Working with Roy was always very pleasant and for me was much more than training advice. It was much more a school of life, of which many components can also be implemented in everyday life.
