More oxygen saturation, more power on the mountain

Our three-week expedition in Kyrgyzstan was one of the most intense experiences ever. As a three-woman team, we faced fierce storms, endless crevasses, steep approaches and nights at high camp in winds of up to 75 km/h and snowfall. After two nights in Camp 3, we decided to turn back due to the brutal weather. Safety before ambition. The preparation with the high-altitude tent helped us noticeably to keep our oxygen saturation levels up – one of our toughest and at the same time most beautiful expeditions.
