Thanks to Roy’s unconventional, at first glance sometimes crazy, approaches, I was able to improve significantly in all three disciplines in the first year of coaching and achieve various PB’s.

Roy has a great feeling for aligning the focus of the training with the individual weaknesses of an athlete, resp. where the greatest potential is hidden.

You feel really ready to deliver on day X – what a feeling. 🙂

In addition to the fact that Roy knows which training levers to use, he also gathers a cool, powerful training group around him, with whom the weekly running training, mountain pass rides or camps on Fuerte are very effective and I have a lot of fun with them.
