I’ve done a lot of workouts from the book over the last few months, followed the plan to improve fat metabolism from “100% Triathlon” for the last 3 months and the 4-week step-tapering from the book TRIATHLON TOTAL for the last 4 weeks.

With the watt values from the RoyFitWattTest, I did really well and still felt fit in T2.

You also described the race analysis of my values and what I experienced in the book, so that I can prepare even more specifically for the next race. In terms of energy, it didn’t feel like a problem, which was certainly due to the well-trained lipid efficiency.

As an 8th in the AK40, he was even enough for a slot in Hawaii.

Thank you for your knowledge and support as well as the session in the swimming channel, it all gave me a good feeling.
