You really gave me a lot of good tips regarding heart rate and wattage values in relation to your 4min bike test.

My goal yesterday was the middle distance.
So it worked out!
You played a big part in that with your advice!
I wasn’t quite able to pedal the 215 watts on average calculated in your 4-minute bike test, but I was able to manage 200 watts.
The distances 2.5 km swim in the Rhine, 400m of which in the harbor basin without current.81
km bike, 19 km run.
