Hi Roy I am writing to you because I would like to give you some feedback on your training plan: “70.3 under 5 hours”. Thanks to your book, 100 % Triathlon, I had the opportunity to download the training plan “70.3 under 5 hours” on PerfectPace with the voucher. I have now done this training plan twice in a row and achieved the following goals: Challenge Cesenatico May 2024: 4th place in the age group

Challenge Sanremo September 2024: AK 1st place

And yes, the training sessions were tough, but no pain, no gain!!! The 6 hours of back to back to back on the roller were really tough, both physically and mentally. But it was worth it!!! Now to my actual request: I’m looking for a new training plan (preferably from you) – ambitious, of course, I want to be in top form on day X. I’ve never been injured, thank God. I’ve also never been injured, thank goodness. What could you offer me and how much would it cost?

My next competition is the World Championships in Samorin/Slovakia in May 2025. I’m currently taking a break and training as the mood takes me, without a plan.
