training aids

I am happy to share my experiences with you. Over the years, over 200 videos have been created that provide you with supporting inputs.

My formulas, which I have been implementing in my one-to-one coaching for many years, are an important training aid. They are FTP based. (Attention, please consider that you must also do the basic training at 70-80% of the total volume, see FatMaxTest , this is the only way to train the fat metabolism.) They also improve you in the following metabolic areas:

  1. Being able to deal with too high a race pace.
  2. To achieve increased economization through technology, motor skills and coordination.
  3. Increase oxygen uptake VO2max.
  4. Lowering the Vlamax-2.
  5. To increase endurance.

In addition, the following topics are improved in the respective formulas:

  • Bike formula – aero position to be able to ride even at higher watts.
  • RaceFormel – Implementing the combination of cycling and running without losing a lot of running speed.
  • Swim Formula – To swim faster in hypoxia. Navigate more efficiently and ultimately lose the fear of the mass start.

Floating channel

For many triathletes, swimming is a love-hate relationship. To increase the love of swimming, I work with the swim channel. Because love increases when the swimming style is economized. The swimming channel works with a fixed size. This means you can feel for yourself the technique I have changed and give me feedback as to whether the technical change in the swimming style has made it easier for you to swim at a certain speed or not.
